Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items that are not eligible for a refund or return include:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If contact with Sunny Daiz has not been made within 14 days of delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or return for eligible goods.
We cannot accept returns for change of mind purchases.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for items purchased using AfterPay. We can however, offer an exchange or store credit.
We will only offer store credit or exchange on items that were purchased on sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item for return, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return / Exchange Steps
1.Print and fill out the Sunny Daiz returns form. Click here to download form.
2. Carefully pack the item/s (including all original tags, receipt and completed returns form).
3. If you wish to exchange your items, please make sure to include a self addressed pre-paid postage bag.
Send to the address provided on the returns form.
5.You will be notified via email once your package has been received for return/exchange and kept up to date with your item/s.
Australia and New Zealand
We offer a flat rate of $8.50 for Standard Shipping within Australia, and Free Standard Shipping for orders over $70. We also offer Express Post for $12 AUD.
We aim to have all orders dispatched as quickly as possible - within 3 days of orders being placed. All orders within Australia will be posted via Australia Post and delivered during business hours, Monday to Friday. We recommend you provide an alternate shipping address to ensure your parcel is delivered safely if you are not at home during delivery times.
Once your order has been dispatched, standard shipping estimated delivery is between 2 - 9 business days (depending on your location), and 1-7 business days for express shipping (depending on your location).
Standard international shipping is a flat rate of $15 AUD.

Please note that some countries may charge government duties and charges, which unfortunately is out of our control. Please check with your local government regarding fees before placing an order.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship products to North America. We hope to offer this service in the near future.
